Sympathy Cards

Many people express reluctance at composing a sympathy message which is certainly understandable. As opposed to composing a message for a happy occasion such as a birthday or graduation, knowing what to say in a sympathy or bereavement message can be tough and many worry about using correct sympathy card etiquette.  Our advice when sending a sympathy card is to speak from the heart.  Don’t be embarrassed to send a sympathy card, the recipient of the sympathy card will take great comfort in receiving your kind thoughts at this difficult time.  In our opinion the personal sentiments will be received far better than a long pre-printed message of condolence.  Someone else’s poem or verse can never be as personal as your own words and thoughts inside a sympathy card.
